Primavera P6 Scheduler

Sol Oriens is looking for a Primavera P6 Scheduler to support the Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). A successful candidate for this position will have expertise in scheduling within the Primavera P6 software tool, will be capable of planning, monitoring, and reporting on the development and maintenance of an NNSA integrated master schedule (NIMS). This position requires a scheduler with the ability to integrate and analyze individual project and program schedules, assemble and analyze the schedule, provide schedule health assessments, as well as critical path and related analysis.

This position will provide technical support, build positive collaboration with NNSA organizations, Defense Programs (DP), Department of Defense (DoD), and the NNSA Management and Operating (M&O) contractors associated with the Plutonium Pit Production Program. The work performed is extensive in scope and requires an individual with demonstrated project controls expertise, depth in P6 Scheduling knowledge, the ability to work in a highly dynamic team environment, and interface with broad range of federal and contractor staff and leadership.

Nuclear System Program Analyst

Sol Oriens is looking for a self-motivated professional program analyst to provide technical support to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). The work performed is extensive in scope and requires an experienced individual with demonstrated technical and program/project management expertise, ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, and interface with broad range of federal, military senior staff and leadership. Broadly, duties include coordination of day-to-day operations across the geographically dispersed M&O contractors, review and advise on matters pertaining to planning, integrating, and executing policies, programs, and procedures for development of guidance for resolving issues related to this weapons system. 

At a minimum, the ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the NNSA and Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE) design and production sites and processes as well as a basic understanding of NNSA funding mechanisms.  The individual will apply broad and diversified knowledge of respective nuclear weapons systems engineering,non-nuclear component realization, nuclear materials production and component development, product realization process, Phase X/6.X activities and deliverables, program controls and project management disciplines.
